We're thrilled to invite you to become a part of our esteemed network of elite trainers committed to delivering exceptional training and education. Before diving into the form, kindly review and understand the terms and conditions at the bottom of this page. Once you're prepared, submit accurate and comprehensive information using the form below. We eagerly anticipate evaluating your application and joining forces with you to advance excellence in training and professional growth.

To expedite the process and embark on this journey, follow these five straightforward steps:

  1. Complete the Application: Fill out the required information in the IBQMI ATP® Application Form below.
  2. Upload Business Proof: Submit proof of your legitimate business structure by attaching documents such as Articles of Incorporation or other evidence of corporate entity to this form.
  3. Register Certified Trainers: Ensure your organization has a minimum of one trainer with an IBQMI® certification. During the application process, register all your IBQMI® certified trainers by selecting the relevant checkboxes on the form.
  4. Submit Payment Securely: Provide your payment details and enter your credit card information. We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers worldwide in 135+ currencies. You can also utilize 3D Secure for any transaction. We will run a CVC check with the credit card network to prevent fraud. Rest assured, we do not store credit card information, ensuring the security of your sensitive data.
  5. Quality Reviewer Assessment: After successful payment, a Quality Reviewer will be assigned to assess your organization. Upon passing the QA Audit, you will receive an invoice for your tax documents.*
Upon successfully completing the QA Audit, we will issue IBQMI ATP® login credentials for your trainers. These credentials grant access to exclusive benefits such as enrolling students with discounts, publishing events, and obtaining all training materials.

IBQMI ATP® Application Form

IBQMI® AND APPLICANT AGREEMENT:

Ownership and Confidentiality: Nothing contained within this application shall grant IBQMI® any ownership rights to the applicant's course material. The completed application and all corresponding documentation will be treated as confidential and shared only with authorized IBQMI® reviewers.

Truthfulness and Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information to IBQMI® with regard to your application, related documentation, course materials, and any communication provided by you to IBQMI®. You understand that any failure to provide true, timely, and comprehensive responses to questions in your application or related documentation may lead to the rejection of your application.

Intellectual Property Rights: You agree to respect and not infringe upon any intellectual property rights of IBQMI® or any third party while using the resources and materials provided as an IBQMI ACCREDITED TRAINING PARTNER®.

Quality Assurance: You commit to maintaining high-quality training standards and adhering to the guidelines and requirements set forth by IBQMI® for its accredited training partners.

Data Privacy: You acknowledge and agree that IBQMI® may process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, and you consent to such processing for the purpose of evaluating your application and managing your partnership with IBQMI®.

Updates and Modifications: You agree to stay informed about any updates or modifications to the IBQMI® guidelines, policies, and procedures, and to implement these changes promptly to ensure continued compliance.

Termination: You understand that, in the event of a breach of this agreement or failure to maintain the required standards, IBQMI® reserves the right to terminate your status as an IBQMI ACCREDITED TRAINING PARTNER® at its sole discretion.
