Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. This agreement is legally binding for all users of our site. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our site immediately.

Binding Arbitration
All disputes, controversies, or claims related to these Terms of Use or your use of the site shall be exclusively resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to go to court or to join a class action. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, and not as part of a class action. You agree that arbitration will take place in Wyoming and that the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

 Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website temporarily for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This is a license, not a transfer of title. You agree not to:

  • Modify or copy the materials.
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display.
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software or services on our site.
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license will automatically terminate if you violate any restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession immediately.

Payments and Refunds
All payments for courses and certifications are due upon registration. Refunds are strictly limited to the extent provided below and only available under specific circumstances. Due to the nature of digital content, once access to the course or certification has been granted, no refunds will be issued, except as required by applicable law.

Return Policy
We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your enrollment. However, because our products are digital and are delivered immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds once access to the product has been granted.

Registration and Account Information
Some parts of our site may require you to register. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the confidentiality of your account. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate your account if false or misleading information is provided.

Certification Process
Upon successful completion of a course, you may be eligible for certification, provided all requirements are met. It is your obligation to submit and finalize the final exam within 180 days after enrollment. Failure to complete the exam within this period will result in forfeiture of eligibility for certification. In exceptional cases, such as illness or other incapacitating circumstances, we may voluntarily extend the exam timeframe. This extension is at our discretion, on a best-effort basis, and there is no obligation on IBQMI® to grant such extensions.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website, materials, and services are provided "as is" without any representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the materials provided on our site.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our materials or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability for any claim, including but not limited to direct damages, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course or certification at issue.

Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on our website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any materials are accurate or complete, and we may make changes to the materials at any time without notice. However, we do not commit to updating the materials.

Links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse these sites or assume any responsibility for their content. You access these sites at your own risk, and we are not liable for any harm or damages that result from your use of third-party sites.

Modifications to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the site after any modification indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Terms or your use of the site must be brought in a state or federal court located in Wyoming.

Ownership of the Site
All pages within this site and any material available for download are the exclusive property of IBQMI® or its licensors. The site is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any site content without our express written consent.

Site Access, Security, and Restrictions
You are prohibited from attempting to violate the security of the site, including unauthorized access or interference with the site's functionality. Violations may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

Typographical Errors and Pricing
In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders. If a payment has been processed for an order, we will issue a refund for the difference.
